WHO IS BCR?
Buzz City Rehab is designed to help individuals living in pain or discomfort reclaim their active and fulfilling lives. We are here to provide individualized rehabilitation guidance, 1 on 1 coaching, and solutions to problems using a mixture of both remote and in-person custom fitness programming along with therapeutic interventions.


OUR GOAL
Our goal is to equip individuals with the skills, resources, and education needed to take ownership of their life, gaining the confidence to progress out of our services. We believe that everyone has what it takes to live a pain-free and active life. With the right mentorship and guidance, individuals will feel empowered to take on what may initially feel like a daunting task.

While pain is a factor, the core issue is the inability to engage in beloved activities at previous levels due to pain. At Buzz City Rehab, we embark on a unique journey with our clients, uncovering the underlying triggers, prioritizing health, and fostering confidence to make lasting lifestyle changes.

MEET HAILEY
Hailey, owner of Buzz City Rehab, is passionate about helping others create a healthy lifestyle. Her own athletic pursuits have taught her the importance of rehabilitation practices to prevent injury along with the benefit of adding a strength and conditioning program to enhance power, endurance, agility, and capacity. She hopes to share her knowledge to help clients achieve their fitness goals and move well for a lifetime. Clear goals and accountability will be established for clients to stay focused and motivated.
